IF I PURCHASE ONLINE, CAN I COLLECT FROM YOUR PHYSICAL STORE?

 

Absolutelty!  Just choose pick up on checkout.

 

WHEN WILL MY   ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All items displayed state shipping times.  Please ensure that you check these and delivery fits in when you will need your item(s).  We process and ship orders from our Canberra warehouse Monday through Thursday.  Orders with free shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2 – 3 days of purchase, unless otherwise noted in availability.  You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking.  All shipping information can also be found in the account section by clicking “My Account” and then “My Orders” Please check spam folders if you did not receive the shipping email.

 

WHAT CARRIER IS USED FOR SHIPPING?

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post unless stated otherwise.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this stage we do not ship internationally.  However if you do wish to be quoted on shipping please send us a request stating item, quantity and destination to info@flamingoandsass.com

 

 

R E T U R N S

I JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT I’D LIKE TO RETURN ALL OR PART OF.  DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Absolutely.  You can send most unworn items back with 14 days of ship date for a full refund or credit.   All tags must be attached and packaging intact.  Please include your original invoice with your return and note the reason for return.  Without order information we will be unable to process your return.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your  design arrives to you damaged we will replace free of charge subject to availability of the product.  If you require your replacement item quickly, please photograph the item detailing the damage and email to info@flamingoandsass.com.  Please include your personal details, name, address and order number ( on your invoice).  Following confirmation from us that we have received your email, please send the item to the address below.

If the product is no longer available we will refund you the full amount or provide a credit note.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN?

On receipt of the item you will receive an email notification from  us when we process your refund.  Please allow 20 business days for your package to arrive and our staff to refund your original form of payment. 

HOW DO I SHIP THE RETURN BACK ?

You can send your package to us at the address below.  We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.   Please address all returns to:

CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM?

At this time, we cannot process exchanges however we can provide a credit note for you to use online or instore.
